Duke University Dormitory Renovation

The Kilgo Quadrangle renovation at Duke University involved the 100% renovation of a Gothic structure to add air conditioning, new bath facilities, new lighting, new commons areas, and all new architectural finishes. The work was performed in a 12 week period to allow students to return for the 2002 Fall Semester.
