Overseeing the Design Build of
New Hospital’s Mechanical Systems

Ivey Mechanical was awarded the mechanical and plumbing design/construction contract for this 90,000 square foot single-story facility. This project was completed on time and within budget with no lost-time accidents.

Systems Installed

We provided the construction management team after subcontracting the HVAC and plumbing work to local work forces. We were required to develop a plan to maintain the rough-in momentum through the winter months. This task was accomplished by designing and installing four temporary roof-mounted gas fired heating systems, which utilized the return air ductwork for heat distribution.
