Renovating a Historic Dallas Landmark

The Kirby was renovated to help restore historic charm in the downtown area while providing tenants with technological advantages. The 17 story structure once was an office building but now houses 157 apartments and 15,000 square feet of retail space. Renovating The Kirby presented unique challenges beginning with the structure’s age and the owner’s desire to maintain all historical detail.
