Renovating HVAC Systems for Building Tower

This project consisted of the renovation of a 750,000 square foot office building that was broke into a 9 story tower and a 7 story tower.

Systems Installed

The CEP equipment and piping for both towers were removed and replaced with all new chillers, cooling towers and associated equipment. In addition to the renovation of the CEP’s, all 16 mechanical rooms consisting of 2 AHU’s each, were removed and replaced. The new units had to be broken into pieces, lifted and flown through existing windows and reassembled in the mechanical rooms.

In addition to the renovation there was a data center/IT room added within the building. This consisted of 7 CRAC units and 54 IT cabinets.
