Building the Future of FedEx

The Federal Express World Headquarters was built to consolidate all of the administrative Federal Express offices scattered across the Memphis metropolitan area. Consisting of 8 buildings, the Federal Express World Headquarters complex covers 89.02 acres and is equipped to house between 3,500 and 4,500 employees.

Ivey installed more than 9,000 floor diffusers, along with a ductless-style under-floor heating and cooling system. Ivey co-workers at the FedEx project celebrated 398,491 safe man-hours after 33 months of work.
