• One administrative building
• Two dormitories, each containing four day rooms
• Four housing buildings, each containing six day rooms
• Three covered gymnasiums

HVAC Systems Installed

• Two 500 ton chillers with associated pumps
• 59 rooftop units
• 19 split systems
• 108 exhaust fans
• 39 smoke exhaust fans

Other Mechanical Systems Installed

• Chilled water system of pre-insulated piping below ground and grooved piping above ground
• Gas heat was utilized throughout all of the buildings
• The plumbing system contains 30 gas-fired water heaters

60% of the plumbing systems for the facility were prefabricated by Ivey.
