Six Story Medical Addition

This project involved the addition of a new, six-story, 200,000 square foot patient tower meeting 1A fire code standards.

Systems Installed

Ivey was responsible for the complete installation of the HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas piping for the facility. Utilizing Ivey’s fabrication capabilities enabled us to stay ahead of the other trades. Our swing crews also allowed us to rapidly increase manpower without losing efficiency or control. This project was completed in 24 months.
