Water and Sanitation Systems for Massive Atlanta Project

Ivey Mechanical Company provided the domestic water, storm water, and sanitary sewer piping main distribution systems for the parking deck and buildings of the massive, mixed-use redevelopment project on the site of the old Atlantic Steel Company in downtown Atlanta.

Additionally, Ivey installed the plumbing and HVAC systems for retail buildings #10 and #11. The facility will eventually include approximately 15 million square feet of retail, office, residential, and hotel space. To provide parking for the large number of visitors and residents, an underground parking deck provides space for about 7,300 vehicles.
