• • We receive detailed spool drawings from BIM coordination that include a spool isometric and a bill of materials (BOM)
  • Through coordination software or Pypeworks software, the cutting and burn information is loaded manually at the pipe cutting machine and the manager’s work station
  • Each fabricated spool is noted with the part number reflected on the installation drawing
  • All open ends are covered prior to shipping the fabricated spools
  • Finished fabricated spools are typically shipped on an open flatbed trailer, layered and strapped
