The Riverplace Tower is a 420,000 square foot 28 story high rise office building. Ivey's HVAC portion of this renovation project consisted of removing and replacing the ductwork, piping, and induction units in the tennat areas; removing and replacing the air handlers, piping, and ductwork in the building; installing ductwork from the third floor to the twenty-eighth floor; changing out the hot water heaters; and removing and replacing the plumbing in the restrooms throughout the building. Ivey installed the plumbing, medical gas, and HVAC in the new addition and renovated the existing emergency room. The project was completed in six months. Owner: Mayo Clinic / General Contractor: Auld & White Constructors, LLC / Contract Amount: $1,242,000

Ivey completely demolished the existing HVAC and medical gas systems in four operating rooms and installed new ductwork, medical gas systems, alarm panels, and air distribution devices for this facility. Contract amount: $449,400
The Nassau County Jail is a 320-bed detention center with a full administrative support section adjacent to the housing building. Ivey installed plumbing systems for 110 security fixtures and 40 security showers along with full kitchen and laundry facilities, including gas piping and equipment connections. Ivey furnished and installed new plumbing systems, medical gas systems, HVAC, building automation, and mechanical insulation for this new facility. The medical gas, plumbing, piping,a nd sheet metal systems were prefabricated for the project offsite and shipped to the project for final installation.
